Abstract:

A series of micelles for drug delivery were made from norbornene based poly(ethylene glycol) drug loaded polymers with different covalent drug loadings. Combinations of these macromonomers were then self-assembled into micelles that can release their covalently bound cargo under aqueous conditions. The size, stability, and shape of these particles were controlled with the drug loading and post-micellization functionalization.
